摘要美国Medscape医学网站重症医学专栏对阅读量最大的网络文章进行排名，前10名依次如下：①感染性休克的液体复苏：液体正平衡和中心静脉压升高与病死率增加相关；②Dress综合征的临床研究；③全球范围内召回抗脓毒症药物Xigris：根据美国食品与药物监督管理局（FDA）的报告，Xigris在新的疗效试验中宣告失败；④糖皮质激素治疗感染性休克：可以提高对脓毒症病程中肾上腺皮质功能不全机制的深入理解；⑤采用血流动力学参数指导液体疗法；⑥在重症监护室中高剂量的右旋美托咪啶的镇静作用；⑦对革兰阴性杆菌脓毒症不适当的抗生素治疗增加了医院住院时间；⑧新的儿童脑死亡指南发布：25年来首次更新了儿童脑死亡指南；⑨什么是感染性休克最佳治疗策略？⑩高流量给氧可以减少急性呼吸衰竭患者气管插管的需求。本刊将组织专家对这些热点文章进行点评，敬请关注。
