摘要
本文运用文献资料法和SWOT理论,主要从人才资源和场地设施资源等问题对高校体育与社区体育联合进行探讨,提出优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并依据现实状况和劣势、威胁提出相应的对策。
This paper,using literature review and the SWOT theory,mainly from human resources and site facilities resources and other issues,explores college sports and community sports jointly,puts forward the strength,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and proposes appropriate countermeasures based on reality and weaknesses,threats.
