摘要
目前数控机床位置精度评定标准不统一,既有国内位置精度检验标准,又有国外一些国家的机床精度检验通则等,使操作者对机床精度的认识有些模糊,甚至存在误区。文中介绍了直接测量机床的单独轴线来检测和评定数控机床的定位精度和重复定位精度的两种评定标准,对两种常用评定方法进行分析比较,明确各种评定方法的具体运用情况,来保证数控机床及加工产品的精度要求。
At present,the large number of accuracy evaluation for CNC machine tool lead to the operator′s misunderstanding of the standards.Therefore,in this paper the two evaluation standards for two kinds of common evaluation methods for detecting and evaluating CNC positioning accuracy and repositioning accuracy with direct separate measurement of machine axes are introduced.By the analysis and comparison of those methods,it also clarifies the various concrete situations when the two methods are applied to guarantee the processing accuracy of the products.
