突变K—ras基因在胰腺导管腺癌起始过程中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 胰腺导管腺癌(PDAC)是高度恶性肿瘤,其发生包括时间和空间上基因突变的积累和环境因素的影响。一般认为,PDAC的发生是由胰腺上皮内瘤变(PanlN)逐步向原位癌及浸润性导管癌发展。病变形成过程中,K—ras基因突变被认为是起始的重要分子事件,突变率达95%以上㈨,且早在PanlN1A/B病变中K-ras基因突变率即可达40%。
