动机理论下教师管理的策略及反思 被引量:2

摘要 基于动机理论,文章认为,满足教师的归属、尊重和自我实现的需要,是教师管理中应研究和思考的一个重要问题。培育共同发展愿景、实施民主管理、拓展和丰富教师发展平台是实现教师有效管理的三大策略。同时,提出了加强教师教育和重视教师身心健康发展的重要性。
