摘要 目的了解昆明市4~12年级中小学生青春期发育与体质指数(BMI)之间的关系。方法调查青春期学生的首次遗精/月经初潮时间,测量身高、体重,观察第二性征发育等级,进行相关因素分析。结果男生与女生的BMI值有差异,男生高于女生。城镇乡村学生BMI值有差异,城镇高于乡村。BMI值不同分组之间男生的首次遗精年龄和女生的月经初潮年龄均无统计学差异。男性BMI值与阴毛、腋毛生长情况呈正相关;男性BMI值与外生殖器发育呈负相关,女性BMI与乳房发育呈正相关。结论昆明市中小学生青春期发育与BMI值密切相关,应当注意本市青少年的生长发育与营养状况的关系,提高他们的体质水平,并树立正确的健康意识。 OBJECTIVE To understand the relationship between pubertal development of 1 605 school children and BMI. METHODS Make an investigation on adolescent students first spermatorrhea/menarehe time, to measure their height and weight, observe the development of secondary sex characteristics grade, to analyze related factors. RESULTS There is difference between the girls and boys in BMI indexe, the incidence rate was bigger in boy students than in girl students. BMI indexe in urban and rural is different, the BMI indexe in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas. There was no statistical difference among the first spermatorrhea age of boys and first spermatorrhea age of girls in different indexe of BMI group. A positive correlation existed between BMI indexe and the growth of pubic hair and armpit hair, a negative correlation was found between BMI indexe and hypoplasis of external genital . The correlation analysis indicated that BMI indexe has a positive correlation with mammary development. CONCLUSION The pubertal development of school student in Kunming was closely related to BMI indexe, should pay attention to the relationship between pubertal development and nutritional Status,and kept improving their physical constitution, form a correct attitude towards sense of health.
