摘要
目的观察清热消痤颗粒对兔耳痤疮模型的抗角化作用。方法取40只新西兰兔,随机分为造模组(30只)和空白对照组(10只),于兔耳郭内侧涂抹油酸,连续2周,造模成功后造模组随机分为3组,清热消痤颗粒组(10只)及异维A酸组(10只)分别给予0.86 g/kg清热消痤颗粒溶液及3.26 mg/kg异维A酸胶囊溶液灌饲,模型对照组(10只)与空白对照组(10只)均灌饲等量蒸馏水。于给药2周后兔耳造模处行皮肤组织活检,镜下观察病理改变,根据痤疮分级标准进行分级,并对各组情况进行比较。结果用药2周后,清热消痤颗粒组和异维A酸组兔耳毛囊丘疹基本消失,镜下观察接近正常组织。结论清热消痤颗粒对油酸引起的家兔耳郭痤疮模型有明显的抗角化作用,可用于痤疮的治疗。
Objective To establish a rabbit ear acne model and observe therapeutic effect of Qingrexiaocuo granule. Methods 40 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group ( n = 10) and model group (n = 30) , the rabbit ear acne model was induced by eternal application of oleic acid on auricle of model group continuously for two weeks, and the established models were randomly divided into three groups. Qingrexiaocuo granule group (n = 10) and Isotretinoin group (n = 10) were intragastrically administrated 0. 86 g/kg of Qingrexiaocuo granule solution and 3.26 mg/kg of Isotretinoin capsule solution respectively. Control group and model group were given equal amount of distilled water. After 2 weeks of administration, biopsy on skin tissue of rabbit ear model was performed and pathologic changes were observed under microscope. They were classified according to classification standard and compared between the groups. Results After 2 weeks of administration, papules on rabbit ear disappeared in Qingrexiaocuo granule group and Isotretinoin group, which looked similar to normal tissues under microscope. Conclusion Qingrexiaocuo granule has obvious therapeutic effect on rabbit auricle acne model induced by oleic acid with no adverse effect and can be used in treatment of acne vulgaries.
