摘要
基于中国对外直接投资的不同境外地区分布,测算了来自不同类型国家(地区)的R&D溢出;然后运用DEA方法计算出中国平均生产率(Malmquist指数)、技术效率(EC指数)和技术进步(TC指数),并与不同类型国家所产生的逆向技术溢出进行灰色关联分析。得到以下结论:中国对新兴国家(地区)直接投资的逆向技术溢出效果最好,其次是发达国家(地区),最后是其他发展中国家(地区);中国平均全要素生产率及其分解指数与外国研发溢出呈中等关联度,其中,与来自新兴国家(地区)、发达国家(地区)的逆向技术溢出关联度较强,而与来自其他发展中国家(地区)的逆向技术溢出关联度则较低。因此,中国应调整对外直接投资的海外布局,在巩固新兴国家(地区)市场份额的基础上,开始向发达国家(地区)倾斜。
This paper estimates RD spillovers from different types of countries(regions) based on the outside distribution of China's OFDI;then use DEA method to calculate the average Chinese productivity(Malmquist index),technical efficiency(EC index) and technological progress(TC index);and applies gray correlation to analyze the two above.The conclusions are: China gains the best reverse technology spillovers from emerging countries(regions),followed by the developed countries(regions),and finally the other developing countries(regions).China's average total factor productivity index and its decomposition have quite strong correlation with the RD spillovers from emerging countries(regions) as well as developed countries(regions),but have mild correlation with the RD spillovers from other developing countries(regions).Therefore,China should adjust its OFDI distribution which may keep the market rate of emerging countries(regions) and begin to develop the market of developed countries(regions).
