摘要
本文阐述了医院信息管理系统不仅是一个技术项目,而且是一个管理项目,管理项目必须是一把手工程,同时需要在建设中不断完善,从而很好地发挥HIS系统的作用,为临床和病人实现现代化的服务。
This paper describes the hospital information management system is not only a technical project, but a management project, management project must be in command, also need to continue to improve in the building, and could well play the role of the HIS system, modernization of clinical and patient of service.
