摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定姜油中铅的含量,用石油醚萃取湿式消解法消解样品,加入磷酸二氢铵和硝酸镁机体改进剂消除干扰。研究样品的处理方法、精密度、线性关系及检出限,建立快速测定姜油中铅含量的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。相对标准偏差为3.10%,加标回收率为95.6%~102.4%。
Determination of Lead in Ginger oil by Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, samples were treated by digestion petroleum ether extraction, select the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate as matrix to eliminate the interference. The pretreatment methed, the accuracy, the liner rang of determination and limit of detection of the method. The relative standard deviation was less than 3.10 %, the recovers were in the rang of 95.6 %-102.4 %.
