摘要
用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(800:200:0.2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为222nm.柱温30℃。大黄素在3.31—52.96μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD为0.81%,n=9)。本法能显著分离大黄素与大黄酚,准确度高、精密度好,可在护肝宁片复方制剂中可靠地分离测定大黄素的含量,可用于其质量控制。
The chromatographic separation was achieved on a C_(18) silica bonded column with methanol-water-phosphoric(800:200:0.2) as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The wavelength was 222 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.The linear relationship was obtained in the range of 3.31—52.96μg/mL for emodin(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99. 7%(RSD = 0.81%,n=9).The method can significantly separate emodin and chrysophanol,and has high sensitivity and accuracy,that can be used in separation and content detection of emodin in the compound preparation of huganning tablets effectively,and the quality control of the drug.
