摘要
采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对陕西省所属各市共10个体育局及省田径运动管理中心进行调查,了解陕西省田径项目现有的后备人才、场地、器材、经费、训练及管理现状,揭示了影响陕西省田径项目可持续发展的因素,提出了相应的对策。
By adopting the methods of interview and questionnaire,the author makes investigation on 10 sports bureaus and provincial track and field sports management centers in Shanxi province.It studies the reserve forces,playgrounds,equipment,funds,training and management situation of track and field in Shanxi province.It reveals the factors that impact the sustainable development of track and field in Shanxi Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
