摘要
目的探讨应用解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月至2010年12月收治的34例应用解剖钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的病例。结果本组患者均获随访,随访时间12-24个月,平均18个月,骨折均全部愈合,膝关节功能评分参照HSS评分标准,优良率达到91.2%。结论解剖钢板是按照胫骨关节部位解剖特点设计,外形与关节部位骨骼外形匹配,能与骨面贴敷,易于保持骨折复位,为最大限度的恢复关节功能提供了良好的基础,是临床上治疗胫骨平台骨折较好的内固定方法。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect on treatment of tibial plateau fracture with anatomical plate. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2006 to December 2010, using of anatomical plate to treat tibial plateau fracture 34 cases. Results The patients were followed up, and the time was 12 -24 months, mean 18 months, All cases were bone union. According to HSS criterion for knee functional score, the total fine rate was 91.2%. Conclusion The anatomical plate was designed according to the anatomic characteristic of the tibial joint, the contour of which has good accordance with the bone in the joint, and has good compatibility with the bone＇s surface. It is easily to make reductin of bone fracture and found good foundation to make the best effort of resorting the joint function, It is a better method for tibial plateau fractures.
