摘要
在伊朗MIS油田原油处理项目中采用的S31254不锈钢是一种低碳高合金不锈钢,国内罕有使用。通过对其焊接性能进行分析和工艺试验,确定了脉冲氩弧焊工艺和相应的焊接工艺参数;对焊接过程中各种缺陷的产生原因进行分析,并制定应对办法;总结了S31254不锈钢焊接质量过程控制的关键措施,包括坡口加工、焊前预热、充氩保护、层间温度控制、环境条件限制等。研究表明:只要措施得当,过程控制到位,就能避免焊接缺陷,保证焊接质量。
S31254 stainless steel,a low carbon and high alloy stainless steel,was used in the Oil Process Project of MIS Oilfi eld,Iran,which was used rarely in inland.Analysis on its welding performance and field test were made to determine the welding method(pulse argon arc welding) and process parameters.Various defects for S31254 stainless steel from welding course were summarized and treated with relative measures.Necessary investigation procedures made to look through the key quality control measures during welding.Process control of welding quality included groove manufacture,preheating,argon fi lling protection,temperature control of weld passes,limitations of welding environment and so on.As long as appropriate measures is taken,so it can ensure the welding quality.It is considered that feasible measures and sound process control can effectively eliminate the welding defects with perfect welding quality.
