摘要
针对设计过程中学科间的耦合关系、继承关系、信息传递、异地异构设计、并行计算、数据管理和知识共享等问题,对多学科设计集成平台的功能需求进行了深入分析,提出了飞行器总体多学科集成设计平台的体系架构。基于设计结构矩阵优化和解耦思想,提出了集成平台下的总体数字化设计流程。阐述了集成平台的关键技术。在MyEclipse3.2环境下开发了面向飞行器总体设计的集成平台,并结合某型飞航导弹进行了多学科设计优化,验证了该集成平台的有效性。
To solve the problems such as coupling,inheritance relationship,information transfer,distributed and heterogeneous design,parallel computing,data management and knowledge sharing between subjects in conceptual design process,the functional requirements of aerocraft multidisciplinary integrated design were analyzed,and a system architecture of conceptual multidisciplinary integrated design platform for aerocraft was proposed.Based on the optimization and decoupling methods of Design Structure Matrix(DSM),the digital conceptual design process under integrated platform was proposed.Furthermore,key technologies of integrated platform were described in detail.The integrated platform oriented to conceptual multidisciplinary design of aerocraft was developed under the MyEclipse3.2 environment,and the multidisciplinary design was optimized by integrating a winged missile.The results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed integrated platform.
