摘要
根据驱动车桥具体的实际使用情况,应用多体动力学(MBD)仿真软件MotionView建立相关悬架总成的力学仿真模型,对车桥工作的三种极限工况进行仿真分析计算,输出零件运动关系和相互作用力,得到驱动桥壳在典型工况下相关位置的最大动载荷,为下一步进行有限元计算和结构优化设计提供参数依据。
According to the actual use of the drive axle, multi-body dynamic model of the related suspension system was established by MotionView. Under three limiting operational conditions, virtual simulation analysis of the drive axle was performed. Then,the relationship and the interaction force between the movement, parts were achieved. At the same time, the maximum dynamic load of drive axle housing under typical condition was obtained. The analysis results provide the related parameters for the next step finite element calculation and design of structural optimization.
