摘要
经化学成分的设定,采用铬合金化的方式,研制了一种低铬耐热球墨铸铁材料。通过显微组织观察、力学性能试验、加工性能试验、高温耐热性试验,研究了所研制耐热球墨铸铁材料的组织和性能。试验结果表明,所研制球铁的显微组织为珠光体+少量铁素体的基体上分布着球状石墨;不同铬成分试样的力学性能、加工性能和耐热性能都较好,尤以1.6wt%的组分的性能最好。可见,铬合金化球铁是一种综合性能较优异的材料,可在800℃下长期使用。
After the setting of chemical composition,by way of alloying,a sort of low-chromium heat-resistant ductile iron material were developed.Through the observation of microstructure,testing of mechanical properties and processing performance,heat-resistant test,the microstructure and properties of heat resistant ductile iron of low chromium was studied.The results show that microstructure of the developed heat-resistant ductile iron is spherical graphite distributed regularly on matrix of pearlite and a small amount of ferrite;the mechanical properties,processing performance and high-temperature heat resistance of samples of different chrome composition are preferable,but 1.6% of chromium composition possess the best performance.Obviously,the chrome alloy ductile iron is a kind of comprehensive and excellent material that can be long-term used below 800 ℃.
