摘要
利用三维绘图软件Pro/E对道轨轮铸钢件做实体造型,用View Cast软件对其进行了凝固过程的数值模拟,发现了缩孔、缩松缺陷,确定了其产生的位置。根据模拟结果设计了道轨轮的冒口补缩系统和浇注系统,对初始方案进行优化,从而提高了生产效率,降低了铸造成本。
Using 3-D drawing software Pro/E to found the solid model of rail wheel,the solidification process of its castings was simulated by View Cast software,the shrinkage was discovered,its position was defined.The riser and gating system was designed based on the simulation result.The original casting process was modified,so the production efficiency improved and the cost decreased.
