摘要
对316L不锈钢套筒热挤压成形工艺和模具设计进行了研究,确定了加热温度、压力等主要工艺参数及模具结构,制定了最终热处理工艺。挤压成形工艺与切削加工相比材料利用率提高。
The hot extrusion technology and die design of 316L stainless steel sleeve was studied.The heating temperature,extruding force,heat-treatment process,die structure and other key parameters were determined.Compared with cutting process,the material utilization rate of extrusion forming increases.
