摘要
对40Cr钢与Cr12MoV钢分别进行表面激光淬火预处理后进行固态焊接实验。固态焊接试验选用的工艺参数为:预压应力56.6 MPa,加热温度为800℃,焊接时间5 min,保温时间10 min。分别对焊接接头进行组织形貌和成分分析。结果表明,待焊面经激光淬火后的40Cr/Cr12MoV容易实现高质量的固态焊接。
Solid welding experiments were performed on 40Cr steel and Cr12MoV steel after pre-operation of surface laser quenching respectively.The parameters of solid welding test were: preloading stress 56.6 MPa,the heating temperature 800℃,welding time 5min,holding time 10 min.The welding joint morphology and composition were analyzed respectively.The result shows that 40 Cr/Cr12MoV with welding surface of the laser is easier to achieve high quality solid welding.
