摘要
采用热模拟方法获得足够试验研究用尺寸的焊接HAZ组织,根据试验材料的要求,按照正交试验方法考察了不同焊接热输入条件下,热处理温度和保温时间对焊接HAZ的低温冲击性能的影响。结果表明,热处理温度对焊接HAZ的低温冲击功影响高度显著,过高的处理温度可能会造成再热脆化,过长的处理时间对改善焊接HAZ的低温冲击性能没有多大帮助。
The weld HAZ structure with large enough size for experimental study was acquired by thermal simulation.According to the request of the experiment material,orthogonal experiment design method were adopted to arrange the tests to investigate the factors which can affect the low temperature toughness of the weld HAZ.The energy input,heat treatment temperature and time holding in the treatment temperature were studied.The results show that the heat treatment temperature has high prominent influence to the low temperature impact energy of the weld HAZ.Too high temperature can cause reheating embrittlement and too long holding time has little effects on improving the low temperature toughness of the weld HAZ.
