摘要
对失效进气门进行了化学成分、硬度、金相组织、宏观形态及断口形貌的检测分析。气门金相组织晶粒较小且存在大颗粒带有棱角的碳化物,气门颈部存在残留刀痕。在故障机理分析的基础上,证实了气门固溶处理欠热及颈部加工粗糙是造成气门早期断裂的主要原因。
The chemical composition,hardness,microstructure,macromorphology and fractography of failure inlet valve were analyzed.The results show that the grains are relatively small,and there are large particles carbides with angular on microstructure;residual marks exist in the neck of valve.Based on the fault mechanism analysis,it concluds that lower solid solution temperature and the coarse neck surface cause the early fracture of inlet valve.
