摘要
针对糖厂复杂工作环境中pH玻璃电极测量存在的阻抗匹配和工业现场电磁信号干扰问题,率先把线性光耦HCNR201运用到INA116前置放大电路中,设计出pH值测量电路。实验结果表明:该电路可以解决阻抗匹配和电磁干扰2个问题,并能快速准确采集蔗汁pH值。
Aiming at the impedance matching and electromagnetic interference problems in pH value measuring in the complex conditions in sugar factory, for the first time, HCNR201 optocoupler isolation is applied to INA116 preamplification circuit, the pH value measuring circuit is worked out. The experimental result shows that this circuit can not only solve the impedance matching and electromagnetic interference problems, but also collect the pH value quickly and precisely.
