摘要 通过一系列单因素平行实验,对水性聚氨酯分散体合成工艺中反应温度、溶剂、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的选择、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)相对分子质量等因素与水性聚氨酯的黏度、颜色、透明性等性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量的大小直接影响产品的相对分子质量和体系黏度;反应温度是敏感因素,聚合反应温度在50℃~55℃。 Based on a series of single-factor-experiment tests,the synthesis technology of water-borne polyurethane was studied.The effects of the content of DMPA,emulsion,temperature and the choice of TDI and IPDI on the sample's properties were investigated.In order to prepare the polymer with excellent properties and storage stability,the correlation of different factors was studied and the conclusions were reached as follows: the content of DMPA was a key factor,the molecular weight of the product would be small,the viscosity was high and the water-solubility was poor when the value of DMPA was large.The temperature and reaction time of pre-polymerization were sensitive factors.The time was about 2 hours and the temperature was 50 ℃~55 ℃.
