摘要
NDI基聚氨酯具有高耐磨、高耐热、耐腐蚀及动态性能优异等特点,主要用在高动态载荷和耐热场合。介绍了NDI基聚氨酯弹性体的应用、合成及研究进展情况以及NDI基聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响因素。同时,对NDI基聚氨酯弹性体和基于其他二异氰酸酯的聚氨酯弹性体的性能进行了比较。
Polyurethane based on NDI with high abrasion resistance,heat resistance,corrosion resistance and excellent dynamic performance characteristics was basically used in high dynamic load and heat-resistant occasion.The application,synthesis and research progress of polyurethane elastomer based on NDI was introduced and the influence factors of the performances of polyurethane based on NDI elastomer were emphatically discussed.Meanwhile,the performances of the polyurethane elastomer based on NDI and the performances of others polyurethane elastomer that based on diisocyanate were also compared.
