对比研究新型扩链剂对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的改性影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用扩链剂2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、2,2'-双(2-恶唑啉)(BOZ)以及新型扩链剂ADR-4370对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)进行扩链,对比研究3种扩链剂对PBS性能的影响.结果表明:ADR-4370改性效果良好,PBS加工性能得到了改善,机械性能提高,降解性良好,且无毒无污染,可以广泛推广使用. Ploy(butylenes succinate)(PBS) chain was extended with TDI,BOZ and new chain extender ADR-4370.The property influence of three chain extender on PBS was researched by contrast.The result indicated that the modification effect of ADR-4370 was good,the processing property and the mechanical property of PBS are improved,and the degradation proprety was good with no poisonousness and no pollution.The new chain extender ADR-4370 can be widely applied.
