摘要
微博营销是一种新的网络营销方式,可以实现传播品牌信息、与消费者互动、客户服务、公关服务、电子商务等功能。近两年来,越来越多的旅游企业重视并尝试微博营销。了解微博媒介传播的特点及微博在景区营销中的功能,对分析景区微博营销存在的问题、提出景区利用微博进行形象推广的营销策略很有帮助。
Micro-blog marketing is a new network marketing,can realize the spread of brand information,interact with consumers,customer services,public relations services,e-commerce and other functions.In recent years,more and more tourism enterprise takes seriously and tries micro-blog marketing.This paper first introduces the micro-blog media characteristics,specific analysis of the micro-blog in scenic spot marketing function,finally through the scenic micro-blog marketing existence question analysis,put forward area using micro-blog promote the image of marketing strategy.
