摘要
本文研究氯化钠对γ辐射诱发水稻M_2代突变的修饰效应。结果表明,氯化钠无论是前处理还是后处理都能提高γ辐射诱发水稻M-2代幼苗叶绿素缺失突变,抽穗期和株高突变频率,以提高早抽穗期和株高突变频率最为显著。结论认为,氯化钠作为一种辐射保护剂,与γ射线复合处理既可以减轻M_1代辐射损伤效应,又可提高M_2代突变频率,这种复合处理方式在育种实践中是有意义的。
Modification effect of EDTA on mutation frequency in rice induced by gamma-ray was investigated. It was indicated- that the damage effects of the combined treatment of gamma-rays + EDTA were more serious than that of gamma-rays treatment alone in M1 generation. The mutation frequency of chrolophyll deficient seedlings, heading date , and plant height of rice plants in the combined treatment was also higher than those in the single treatment in Mz generation. It was also indicated that ellipse method was superior to the variation range methods in the screening for mutants with simultaneous mutation of heading date and plant height. Screening by ellipse method could more truely reflect the mutagenic efficiency and the direction of mutantion.
