摘要
取盒机构对装盒机生产线的生产效率起着决定性作用,因此设计出合理的取盒机构对装盒包装行业有着非常重要的意义。根据厂家的要求,结合空间连杆机构的相关设计思想设计出能实现取盒动作的空间连杆机构,并利用轨迹反求法对五杆机构的位置进行分析。根据各连杆长度不变的条件,建立杆轴构件的空间运动参数方程。应用Solid Works建模,模拟机构的运行动态过程。该机构现已投入生产,经过实践论证,结构合理。
