摘要 起搏治疗符合患者生理需求一直是临床医师不懈地追求,随着相关循证医学证据的出现,传统的生理性起搏概念受到挑战,生理性起搏新概念指尽可能模拟心脏窦房结和房室结、希氏束的传导功能,获得各心腔之间最好的同步性。这使得起搏器的应用范围不断扩大,成为近年研究的热点。
