摘要
采用超声波对紫花地丁花进行提取,结合薄层色谱和柱色谱对提取物进行分离,并用紫外光谱仪进行了初步测定,确定了其中部分分离产物。主要包括黄酮类、香豆精类、饱和脂肪酸类等。
Ultrasonic was used to extract dements from the flower of Viola yedoensis Makino, and the extrac- tions were separated by means of thin layer chromatography ( TLC ) and column chromatography (CC). The preliminary test using ultraviolet spectrograph identified a portion of the separations, mainly including fla- vonoids, eoumarins, and saturated fatty acids ( SFAs), etc.
