摘要
通过对油田行业能耗现状及节能潜力的分析,阐述了能源监测计量对推进合同能源管理机制的重要性,并通过在油田领域的试点应用,找出进一步推广应注意的事项。
Based on the analysis of energy consumption status and energy-saving potential in oilfield industry,an explanation is carried out about the importance of energy monitoring measurement for pushing forward the mechanism of contract energy management.Then,through the experimental application in oilfield industry,some matters needing attention are pointed out in the further popularization.
