摘要
根据对现代空战模式的分析,构建了飞机的空战效能评估指标体系。针对以往多指标综合评估模型中权重系数确定的主观性问题,在基于粗糙集理论基础上,提出了采用可辨识矩阵计算各指标属性重要度的方法得到客观权重系数,在一定程度上克服了传统主观权重系数确定方法的不足。最后,建立了飞机的空战效能综合评估模型,并通过实例计算验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
A new index system of aerial warfare efficiency evaluation is proposed in this article,based on the analysis of modern aerial warfare.In view of subjectivity in the determination of weights in the traditional model,the method of attribute importance based on the discernibility matrix is put forward in this paper,on the basis of the rough sets method,and the attribute importance is shifted to weights.This method partly overcomes the weaknesses of traditional determination of subjective weights.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model of aerial warfare efficiency for fighter-plane is established.The feasibility and validity of the model is verified with a case study.
