摘要
研究从锆硅渣中回收无定形SiO2的技术及其产物性能。结果表明,采用锆硅渣制浆—研磨—水洗—固液分离流程,通过优化工艺参数,得到了利用锆硅渣回收白炭黑的最佳工艺条件,并实现了无定形SiO2与锆组分的分离。试验获得的无定形SiO2产物以非晶态物质为主,含SiO2 94.3%、ZrO2 7.48%,粉体粒度2~3μm,比表面积494.3 m2/g。无定形SiO2产物达到白炭黑产品标准ISO 5794-1-2005和HG/T 3061-2009要求。
Recycling of amorphous silica from Zr-containing silica residue and the properties of the product had been studied.The results showed that the separation of amorphous silica from Zr component could be realized by the process flow of pulping,grinding,washing and solid-liquid separation,and the optimum technological conditions were achieved by the optimization of technological parameters as well.The main constituent of the product was amorphous state,the content of SiO2 in the product came up to 94.3%,the content of ZrO2 7.48%,the grain size 2~3 μm,the surface area 494.3 m2/g.The quality of amorphous silica product could meet the requirement of white carbon black standards ISO 5794-1-2005 and HG/T 3061-2009.
