摘要
以云南中部的昆明市和东北部的曲靖、昭通的水稻产区为重点,对水稻矮缩病毒病(RDV)的发生情况作了初步调查,采集疑似感染水稻矮缩病毒病病株样本,并进行了ELISA检测确认。结果表明:寻甸县和嵩明县的水稻产区中水稻矮缩病毒病发生较普遍,与其相邻的地区和与其有一定距离的滇东北地区也有发生。
Taking rice production areas including Kunming,Qujing and Zhaotong located in the midland,northeast of Yunnan province respectively as the focus surveying zone,we investigated the status of the disease caused by Rice Dwarf Virus（RDV）,collected the samples of rice plants with the symptom possibly caused by RDV and tested using ELISA.The study showed that RDV disease occurred at large within rice production areas in Xundian county and Songming county,and RDV disease also happened in their neighboring areas and northeast of Yunnan province.
