不同温度和光照培养条件下3种食用菌菌丝的菌落及菌丝形态的研究 被引量:20

摘要 食用菌菌丝在不同条件下培养,生长状态不同,其菌丝生长速度、长势、色泽等菌落形态特征存在一定差别,同时菌丝显微结构也会发生一些细微变化。通过对凤尾菇、姬菇和灵芝3个菌株在不同温度和不同光照条件下培养,观察菌丝的菌落形态特征及菌丝显微结构形态的特征并分析其变化差异。结果表明:当外界条件适宜菌丝生长时,菌丝表现为生长速度快、长势好,其显微形态结构表现为菌丝间横隔长,锁状联合有但不密集,且液泡和细胞核不易明显观察到。当外界条件不适宜菌丝生长时,菌丝表现为生长速度慢、长势差,其显微形态结构表现为菌丝间横隔短,锁状联合多且密集,且液泡和细胞核容易明显观察到。 When edible fungi was cultured under different conditions,the colony morphology features,such as the growth speed,growth vigor and colour,exist some differences,and microstructure of mycelium has some remoteness chenges.Pleurotus cornucopiae,Pleurotus sajor-caju and Ganoderma lucidum were cultured under different temperature and light condition to analyze the colony morphology features and microstructure of mycelium.The results showed that,when external conditions were suitable to mycelium growth,the mycelium grew fast and had good growth vigor.The microscopic examination,displayed that,the transverse septa of mycelium was long,mycelium had clamp connection but not dense and vacuole and cell nuclear was not ease to be observed.When external conditions were suitable to mycelium growth,all were opposite.
