摘要
在重庆市涪陵区水源缺乏的高海拔山区开展了塑料托盘浅水育苗试验,并与当地漂浮育苗进行对比。试验结果表明:浅水育苗出苗快,较漂浮育苗出苗提前6~7 d;烟苗茎干粗壮、叶面积大、一级侧根发达,与漂浮育苗相比达到极显著差异(P<0.01),烟苗素质更好;还苗时间短,较漂浮育苗还苗提前2 d;另外,需水量不到漂浮育苗一半,很好解决了山区水源缺乏矛盾。浅水育苗的缺点是加水频繁、剪叶困难,如能加以改进,浅水育苗的应用范围将更广阔。
To compare the advantages and disadvantages of tobacco seedling nursing in shallow water(SW) to floating system(FS),the field trials were conducted in the year of 2011 in a high altitude area of Fuling where water resource was inadequate.The results showed that SW was obviously superior to FS as follows: firstly,the tobacco seedling nursed in SW grew up with stronger stem,larger leaf area and better development of the first lateral roots,as the difference was fairly clear(P0.01).Secondly,emerging time and rejuvenation period of SW were 6-7days and 2days respectively in advance of FS,and the seedlings in SW grew earlier and faster.Furthermore,the water requirement of SW was half of the demand of FS,which could resolve the conflict of water shortage in mountainous areas.If the situation of frequent water filling and troublesome leaf-cutting could be improved,the application of SW will be more promising.
