摘要
目的:观察金匮肾气丸联用葡萄糖酸钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2008年4月—2010年3月本院门诊及住院的获得完整随访资料的原发性骨质疏松症患者90例,随机分为A组(金匮肾气丸+葡萄糖酸钙组)30例,口服金匮肾气丸3g,3次/d,同时口服葡萄糖酸钙1g,3次/d;B组(葡萄糖酸钙组)30例,口服葡萄糖酸钙1g,3次/d;C组(阿法骨化醇组)30例,口服阿法骨化醇胶丸0.25U,2次/d。疗程6个月。治疗组与对照组在疼痛评分进行比较。结果:A、B、C 3组患者疼痛评分较治疗前均明显降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:金匮肾气丸联用葡萄糖酸钙治疗原发性骨质疏松症疼痛临床疗效显著。
Objective ： The clinical therapeutic effect of Jingui Shenqi Pill-calglucon on primary osteoporosis was studied. Methods ： 90 patients diagnosed with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into 3 groups. The experimental group （ A ） were treated by oral Jingui Shenqi Pill 3g Tid and Calglucon lg Tid. Another experimental group （ B ）were treated by oral Calglucon lg Tid. Meanwhile, the control group （ C ） were given oral α -calciferol 2U Bid. The course of treatment was 6 months. Results ： The pain symptomatic scales in 3 groups decreased significantly after treatment （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion ： Jingui Shenqi Pill - calglucon can remarkably relieve clinical pain symptoms.
