聚酰胺-胺结构修饰及在药物传递研究中的应用进展

摘要 目的综述聚酰胺-胺[poly(amidoamine),PAMAM]修饰方法及其在药物研究中的应用进展。方法根据近年来国内外文献资料,对不同官能团结构修饰PAMAM结构的研究进行归纳、分析和总结,并对其修饰后在药物、基因传递研究中的应用进行探讨。结果与结论采用不同官能团或功能材料对PAMAM的结构进行修饰后,可一定程度的改善PAMAM的生物膜转运特性、降低其毒性、增加其靶向性等,经过不同结构修饰后的PAMAM,作为药物或基因传递系统载体具有很好的应用前景。
