特厚硬煤层综放开采合理区段煤柱尺寸研究 被引量:7

摘要 水帘洞煤矿3801综放工作面地质条件极其复杂,合理确定区段煤柱是实际遇到的工程难题。文章通过采场前后方侧向应力场与位移场在线观测,获得了综放沿空实体煤侧向应力分布规律及变形情况;通过数值模拟得到了不同煤柱尺寸沿空实体煤侧向应力分布变化规律。综合分析得到了合理煤柱留设尺寸,为彬长矿区同煤系特厚硬煤层综放开采确定合理煤柱尺寸提供了科学依据。 The geological condition of No. 3801 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Shuiliandong Mine was extremely complicated. To rationally determine the sectional coal pillar was an actual engineering difficult problem. With the on line observation at the side stress filed and displacement field of the front and rear part of the coal miniug tace, the stress distribution law and deformation condition at the solid coal side along goal of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face was obtained. With the numerical simulation, the stress distribution variation law at the solid coal mass of different coal size along goaf was obtained. The rational coal pillar size left was obtained from the comprehensive analysis and could provide the scientifie references to rationally determine the rational coal pillar size for the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in ultra thick and hard seam in the same system of Changbin Mining Area.
