摘要
通过对同杆双回线各种跨线故障类型下跳开相恢复电压特征的研究,提出了一种基于不同回线跳开相端电压差的故障性质识别方法。同杆双回线发生跨线故障后,由于健全相的电容耦合和电磁耦合作用,不同回线的故障跳开相端电压差在瞬时性和永久性故障时会有显著不同。采用不同回线跳开相端电压差的幅值和相位的双重判断,可对不同负载情况下同杆双回线跨线永久性故障进行有效识别。大量的仿真实验表明,所述方法有较高的可靠性。
Based on the terminal voltage difference of the opened phases in different circuits,a new method for identifying cross-line permanent fault on double-circuit transmission line is presented.When cross-line fault occurs,recovery voltages of the opened phases are studied and it is found that the terminal voltage difference is much different in the case of permanent fault and transient fault.The amplitude and phase of terminal voltage difference are both used for identification of permanent fault under the situation of different load current flows along the line.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is reliable when applied in double-circuit transmission line on the same tower.
