摘要
提出一个复杂电磁环境下超长LED显示屏的实现方案,系统控制卡以LPC2220FBD144芯片为核心,显示单元选用P10模组,采用了新的显示屏模组供电拓扑设计,系统的硬件设计、安装充分考虑了超长显示屏的动态特性,以及其在复杂电磁环境下的电磁兼容性。实验证明,本系统工作稳定,其动态特性、电磁干扰等指标符合设计要求,并且性价比高。
A realization scheme of the super-long LED panel under the complex electromagnetic environment is presented. The system control card with LPC2220FBD144 chip is as the core, P10 module is selected in display unit. A new power supply topology design of LED panel module is used. The dynamic characteristics of super-long LED panel is fully considered in system hardware design and installation, as well as the EMC under complex electromagnetic environment. Experiments prove that the system is stable, its indicators of dynamic characteristics, electromagnetic interference and so on meet the design requirements, and cost-effective.
