摘要
主诊医师负责制近年来逐渐成为国内医院管理制度改革的热点。通过对主诊医师负责制进行文献计量学分析,探讨国内主诊医师负责制与国家卫生政策的关系,分析主诊医师负责制的特点及在我国医院的实施中遇到的困难和障碍,为该制度的进一步推广提供科学依据。
The attending in charge system is becoming reform focus of public hospital reform in recent years.This study discuss the relationship between the attending in charge system and national health public,and analyze characteristics of the attending in charge system and difficulties and obstacles which encountered in china,based on document study about the attending in charge system,in order to provide scientific proof for further promotion.
