受损混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能 被引量:22

Corrosion Resistance of Damaged Concrete Exposed to Sulphate Attack

摘要 采用干湿循环的实验方法研究了C30基准混凝土及损伤度为0~0.1、0.1~0.2、0.2~0.3的受损混凝土试件抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能。以质量变化率和相对动弹模量作为评价指标,分析了损伤度对混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:受损混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能变差,与基准混凝土相比,损伤度为0~0.1的混凝土试件抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能略有下降,130次干湿循环后的相对动弹模量仍高于60%,为基准组的94%,可忽略损伤度对其影响;当损伤度超过0.1后,混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能显著下降,90次干湿循环后的相对动弹模量已低于60%。 The sulfate corrosion resistance of C30 concrete and concrete with different initial damage degrees of 0-0.1, 0.1~).2 and 0.2-0.3 was investigated by dry-wet cycles. The influence of damage degree on the sulfate resistance of concrete was analyzed via the rate of mass loss and relative dynamic elastic modulus. The results show that the corrosion resistance of damaged concrete to sulfate attack becomes poor, compared to the undamaged concrete. The sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete with the initial damage de- gree of 0-4).1 decreased slightly. The relative dynamic modulus of elasticity was 〉60% after dry-wet cycles of 130, which was 94% of the basic one. However, the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete decreased when the damage degree exceeded 0.1, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity was 〈60% after dry-wet cycles of 90.
