摘要
新时期校际师资均衡问题在基础教育均衡发展中具有基础性作用,厘清其内在逻辑、辨明其基本表征尤为重要。基础教育的本质属性、教育公平、"择校"现象、提高国家教育质量都需要实现校际师资均衡发展。为实现校际师资的均衡发展,需要完善的法律与政策加以保障、丰厚的教育理论加以引领以及区域性的教育实践加以带动。
The problem of inter-schools teachers-equilibrium of basic education in new period plays a fundamental role in balanced development of basic education.To clarify its inner logic and discern the basic characterization is particularly important.Inter-schools teachers-equilibrium of basic education is needed by the essential attribute of basic education,the educational equity,the phenomenon of "choice schools" and the promotion of national education quality.In order to realize inter-schools teachers-equilibrium,we need the perfect laws and policies to safeguard,and also rich educational theory to lead as well as the regional education practice to drive.
