摘要
采用开路电位、强极化曲线以及金相显微镜和X射线衍射等手段,研究DH36海洋用钢的焊接件S-335-2在海水中的电化学腐蚀行为、电偶腐蚀的倾向及其腐蚀产物。结果表明,焊接件各个部位在海水中的腐蚀速率较小,在16~20μA/cm2之间,是氧扩散控制过程;开路电位和电极电位均随时间负移,各个位置电极电位差较小且负移幅度接近,发生电偶腐蚀的倾向较小;腐蚀产物以γ-FeO(OH)为主。
The corrosion behaviors of weldment S-335-2 of DH36 steel in seawater were studied by open circuit potential and strong polarization curves methods.SEM and XRD were used to analyse the microstructure of samples and corrosion products.The results show that the corrosion rates of welding material in seawater were all small,between 16~20 μA/cm2,and they were controlled by oxygen diffusion process.Both the open circuit potential and polarized potential moved to the negative as dipping time and the potential distance of different zones was small and the number changing was near.So the galvanize corrosion did not happen easily.The corrosion products were mainly γ-FeO(OH) .
