摘要
阐述了减应力槽结构的优点,对未开槽管外伸角焊缝、管头平齐焊缝与开槽管头内缩焊缝的管板进行了焊接残余应力测试,测试结果显示:开槽管头内缩焊缝管板的焊接残余应力明显小于未开槽管板的焊接残余应力,表明减应力槽使得管板的焊接残余应力值大为减小。减应力槽技术是解决油浆蒸汽发生器管板开裂问题的重要手段之一。
This paper expounds the advantages of the structure of the relieving stress grooves.Through the welding residual stress test of fillet weld,flat weld and internal flat welding,it is indicated that the residual stress of the tube-sheet with stress relief grooves is obviously less than that without grooves.Relieving stress grooves make the welding residual stress of tube-sheet greatly decreased.Therefore,relieving stress grooves technology is one of the important means to solve the tube sheet cracking in slurry oil steam generator.
