摘要
中越两国在1973年前对南海诸岛的主权归属没有争议，从1974年起，越南武装侵占中国南沙群岛中有些岛屿，挑起主权争端。越南为达到侵占南海岛屿目的，积极推动南海问题国际化的多项措施。南海问题对中越关系构成了挑战。
No source of contention over ownership of the islands on the South China Sea ever existed between China and Vietnam prior to 1973.Since then,however,Vietnam has invaded and occupied some of the islands on the Nansha Islands,thus provoking major disputes,Vietnam has actively taken various measures to push forward the internationalization of the South China Sea dispute.Subsequently,that issue has proved to be a challenge to the China-Vietnam relationship.
