摘要
目的:探讨新疆高中生心理健康现状,分析其影响因素,为开展中学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般状况调查表对新疆862名高中不同年级组学生进行调查。结果:高中学生SCL-90均值与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高一与高三学生的SCL-90总分均值与身体健康、人际关系及生活状态自我评价方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高一学生与高三学生在求学动机方面"为了社会发展人类进步"和"由于父母老师规劝而求学"的两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);学生的身体健康、人际关系和生活状态对心理健康影响较大(P<0.001)。结论:新疆高中学生心理健康水平相对偏低,有较多因素影响学生的心理健康,应加强学生的心理健康教育工作。
Objective: To learn psychological health states of senior high school students in Xinjiang province and research influencing factors in order to provide basis for developing psychological health educations in middle school students.Methods:862 senior high school different grades students from Xinjiang province were administered a symptom complex list of 90 items(SCL-90)and general survey form.Results:There was very significant difference in the mean of all scales' scores between the students and norm(P<0.001);there were no significant differences in part scales' scores in different classes,health,relationships and self-evaluation of living conditions(P>0.05).In the motivation study of high school students,the positive rate of part of the motivation to study of the first year students were higher than third year students(P<0.05).Students health,relationships and living conditions of the greater impact on psychological health(P<0.001).Conclusion:The psychological health levels of the senior high school students in Xinjiang region are relatively lower,there are more factors affecting the psychological health of students.so directional comprehend measures must be adopted to enhance psychological health education in the senior high school students.
