摘要
目的探讨营养护理干预对2型糖尿病患者临床疗效和生活质量的影响。方法选择80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用糖尿病常规护理模式,观察组应用营养护理干预措施,观察2组护理后的临床疗效和生活质量量表(SF-36)评分变化。结果护理后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组(P<0.05);体重指数比对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SF-36各项因子评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养护理干预能有效提高2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效和改善其生活质量。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of nutritional care intervention on clinical efficacy and life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes. [Methods]A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group.Control group was given conventional diabetes care,the observation group received nutritional care intervention.The curative effect and quality of life(SF-36) were observed in 2 groups. [Results]The concentrations of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group after care were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05).The body mass index of observation group was lower than that of control group,but the difference was not significant(P0.05).The factor scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05). [Conclusion]The nutritional care intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the clinical efficacy and the quality of life.
